I ordered the Candy fridge. Paid in full with credit card. A day later received receipt of payment. And then no communication. Nothing in regards to order. I immediately sent email to show concern about no follow up to order. No answer. I became increasingly worried. Sent 2 more emails. No answe. I speak fluent Italian, so decided to call them. When put through to administration, I was told nobody in office, I called repeatedly, finally got answer but when voicing my concern, the phone was hun up. I insisted, I eventually was given a mobile number of person responsible for deliveries. I called mobile number. No answer. When I finally got through I was informed by the girl responsible for delivery, that any delivery problems had to be sent by email. Well, right now my patience has been truly tested. I sincerely hope that eventually I will get my fridge. This does follow the usual untroubled & successful online experience I have had in the past.

15/04/2024 - Risposta del negoziante: Anche la nostra con lei di pazienza e' finita. il 9 ha effettuato l'acquisto, tempi di preparazione ordine e spedizione e venerdì'12 , appena emesso il track le e' stato inviato. Se pensa di voler insistere a dichiarare cose non vere proceda. verifichi la sua mail magari. buona giornata!
